Meet Lana

I created Strong & Stylish because I believe women deserve to feel strong, confident and beautiful — without extremes, pressure or unrealistic expectations. Strength is not just about how you look. It’s about how you move, how you feel in your body and how confidently you show up in your life.

As a personal trainer and wellness advocate, I’ve spent years helping women build strength safely, reconnect with their bodies and feel proud of what they can do. Along the way, I realized that true confidence comes from aligning fitness, wellness, beauty and mindset — not treating them as separate things.

 

Strong & Stylish is the space where all of that comes together.

Where my journey began

Like many women, I navigated stress, changing priorities, hormonal shifts and the pressure to “do it all.” I saw how confusing wellness advice had become — too extreme, too complicated, and often disconnected from real life.

Through my work as a personal trainer, I learned what truly makes a difference: simple, consistent habits. Safe movement. Clean routines. A mindset that supports progress instead of perfection.

Strong & Stylish was born from that realization. I wanted to create a space where women could feel supported, informed and empowered — without feeling like they needed to fix themselves.
